I am a licensed bilingual Spanish-speaking Marriage and Family therapist (California License #44611) who specializes in relationships, trauma, and infant and early childhood.  My training and experience also revolves around  relationship issues, which include intimacy issues, communication, and rebuilding trust.

I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma.  I am trained in using CBT, DBT, and EMDR.  My overall approach is holistic, client driven and whole person care.  I enjoy using mindfulness strategies and meeting the client where they are at...It's not about what's wring with you but what happened to you.

I have been working with the prenatal and postpartum population for over 20 years.  My extensive training consists of working with infant mental health and developmental care.  I am certified in working with medically fragile and premature babies.  Through my years of experience and training I have worked with children that have had developmental challenges, feeding issues, regulatory issues, sensory issues, learning differences, developmental issues, behavioral challenges and special needs. 

My training and experience has taught me how to embrace the the importance of relationships between a parent and their child.  Identifying a child's emotional and physiological cues will not only support their development, but increase the bond and relationship between a parent and child.  My extensive training in relationships, attachment and developmental care hase provided me withthe honor of working with familes and children.  My services cosnsit of early intervention, attachemnt, communication, depression and anxiety.  My style is relaitonship driven, proactive, and filled with compassion.
